Lights always goes off in the entire area

Srno 18/2A/21 has severe electricity drop issue.. once in a month they say it's a cable fault and electricity is cut down for atleast 12 hours now consider the date 3rd January electricity was cut down for 24 hours and if we go in gokulnagar office to complaint no one listen to the complaint and helpline number are as usual always busy.. please someone look into the issue.. even if small problem occurs electricity goes for atleast 4 to 5...

ग्राहक क्रमांक ४१००१५२०९४७३ हा असून आमच्या घरघुती वापर असून दरवर्षी अतिरिक्त बिल वारंवार आपणास सूचना देऊन तक्रार केली आहे त्याबाबत आपण कोणतीही दखल घेतली नाही किंवा चौकशी केली नाही माझे आई वळील रिटायड असल्या मुळे वाजवी पेक्षा जास्तीचे बिल बिन कामाचे बिलाचे ओझे आमच्या वर पडत आहे.
तरी पण आपण त्वरित योग्यती चौकशी करून वरील घरात कोठे व्यावसायिक वापर आहे याची चौकशी करून व्यावसायिक वीज पुरवठा घरवापर मध्ये सुधारना करून द्याल व या पुढे कोणतेही प्रकारचे व्यावसायिक वीज वापरायचे बिल देऊ नये अन्यथा आपले कंपनी विरोधात पुढील कारवाई कोर्टात दाद मागण्याचा व कंपनी वर कायदेशीर कारवाई करण्याचा मला पूर्ण अधिकार व हक्क राहील.
तरी पण आपण कमर्शियल वापर घरघुती मध्ये दुरुस्ती करून द्याल अशी आशा बाळगून विनंती अर्ज केला केला आहे.

    My feb bill 1806 unit and now i check 19 june 2020 2503 unit and i m used unit march 129 unit, apri 128 unit, may 128 unit.
    This month mscb without checking charge bill 500 units but still difference is 305 so check what working mscb.

      Last upto 15 yr. I bill to pay very regularly. But sir last 3 month my meter display

      Is gone, so not clear see reading. Wireman said meter display change because
      Display is not working. So plz sir change my meter display as earlier possible.

        I have installed new meter, meter is connected on 05 april 2018 but proper connection with meter box, fuse and wiring to my room had done on 17 april 2018.

        My meter is running very high speed which i have informed the mscb office and they promised me that they will visit and check the meter and provide me the solution but no action had taken.

        This month i have received a bill of rs 1480. (Meter reading 193).
        After complaint also no action has been taken by kisan nagar (4540) branch office. I have registered a online complaint also but nothing has been done.
        Please do the needful.

          High bill

          Dear sir,
          From past 4 months, how much i have spend electricity from that the elecyricity bill have came more, from march to may when the ac is used at that time also bill came upto 2350, but in the monsoon season when the ac is in not used then that bills goes above 2500. So i think that my electricity meter has any fault, so please check that my meter will be change as soon as possible. It is a hummble request to you sir.

          Hi,

          This is shobha godambe. This is with regards with our mscb bill for the month of april-16 for our customer id :[protected]. There is tremendous rise in our bill amount from last 3-4 months.
          Regarding that i have already launched complaint with mscb online help. But yet they didn't resolved this issue.
          Previously my bill is in between 170-270 range. But now the height is i received bill with amount rs.1040. As my usage is same as previous one. Please check my previous year bill for your reference.

          Kindly take this issue on top priority. Whenever i will not get revised bill i will not pay this bill amount.

            Hello...!! all human beings,


            I have been struggling to get the name change on the light bill from my late father's name to my name and this procdure would endless, Shamless people ask money under the table to complete their work for which they get paid and inspite of paying them these dirty evils dont do work and give rascal execuses, Can our country grow and come out from this ???? There is no proper system in our country, When the main leaders themselve are thives then what our country can be nothing but their slave.
            I am shameful being indian.
