MTC Buses Complaints & Reviews

I am traveling from st. Mount to kovilambakkam in mtc bus no. 14m. With two luggage bags. I have taken proper ticket. And they came checking in keelkattalai stop at 4:30 pm, without checking​ luggage bag they put fine 50 rs. Without saying anything i paid fine and i said i will see you to them. With this kind of checking i am getting frustation. So, change the way of treating passengers...
And i will wait for your response. Or else....

I am daily travelling from Thiruvancherry to Tambaram in MTC buses(51A & 51T), Buses are not coming in peak hours from 8.45AM to 9.30AM, sometimes it may come rarely but they will not stop in the Thiruvancherry busstop. From 9.40AM to 9.50AM continously three buses will run same time. Daily i cant give 20rupees for the share auto. I think there is link a between bus drivers and Auto drivers, thats why buses are not running in peak hours....
