The computer service in my area is supplied by Verizon . I pay $64.99 a month, for this service . However, it is so slow & often, non-existent. There are many, many times when you cannot even access the internet . It buffers for as long as over an hour, when you are attempting to download something . I have constantly questioned Verizon about this & all they say is, "i'm sorry " .
nothing is ever done to give us the service we are...
