Metro authority is not giving proper training to those people. @ Indiranagar 19/10/2020.

useless rules for queue
#bangaloremetro# the worst rules...
I walk from near big bazar to trinity circle for metro daily... There is this chief whose name i don't know and one lady constable by name krishnaveni... Both have 0 common sense. Instead of making a separate line for people who come from that side.. They make us walk all the way till almost manipal and come back in the line...
I have tried explaining to them that it's not possible and it does not make any sense... But they make us walk so much... Each time we request they fight with me... It's is just impossible to walk all the way like that...
This is complete mental harassment for people who walk from the side of big bazar...
Am raising my voice... Those who are with me pls stand up against this nonsense rules made by stupid people.
If this does not change i will not hesitate to take legal action against the entire metro staff specially ones at trinity. Other stations there is no issue as of now.

amount deducted smart card not credited

I have been following up regarding my metro smart card both at the cmh metro station as well as via emails. But all in vain. No one seems to be bothered to resolve the query. I had refilled my account with inr 100. However, my card balance just doesn't seem to show the credit. I have my credit card statement showing the debit and all relevant proofs. Need the money credited to my account at the earliest.

ill treatment from the security staff

Dear officials/authorities,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards a bad experience i had to encounter from the security staff at yelachanahalli metro station, today at around 7:45 pm. I rely on metro to commute daily to office and back (Yelachanahalli to bayappanahalli). Today, i reached yelachanahalli around 7:10 pm and since my husband was stuck in traffic, i waited for him at the station. After 10 mts, i was approached by a lady security who wanted me to leave and she cited restrictions on waiting time (It seems there is a cut off of 10 mts) as a reason. The station was not at all crowded and i couldn't find such a rule displayed anywhere. I informed her that i was waiting for my husband who is stuck in traffic and my only intention of waiting inside is to stay safe until he arrives. She was insisting that i leave within 5 mts. When i protested, another security lady started shouting at me.
I would like to know whether there is such a rule in namma metro which would stop a lady from staying inside the station. For a lady who commutes from the starting station to the terminating station is the waiting time just 10 mts? If tomorrow, something happens to a lady who is forced to leave the safety of the station in the name of a rule which does not exist in the first place, who will be held responsible?
Regards,
Veena harikrishnan
