Hi, I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred at your Mother Dairy Booth No. 090, located in Khanpur Colony. on 3rd July, 2024.

I bought an ice cream from mother dairy booth from Khanpur Colony, Booth no. 090. He gave us melted and broken ice cream cone and when I tried to change the ice cream he said that we will not take it back as it is a wastage and we have to take it.

It is regular practice of auto rickshaw regarding short distance fares. We are working at National Dairy Development Board. at W.E.Highway Goregaon (E), Near mahanand Dairy.
