Hi,

After the registration of NPS and payment on March 19, 2023.
I tried to get the Annual statement and tried to generate IPIN as well.
But whenever I tried to enter my PRAN it shows that the number is not found in database or invalid.

Please sort this issues and do the needful...

My contribution towards NPS was debited from my ICICI account but the transaction failed and no refund yet...

I am not able to completee my registration since my last payment was failed It says "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

Acknowledgement No: 11021441...

I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran....

Hello I am Vinayak Jhunjhunwala and my Acknowledgement id is 11385985. I have completed all the registration procedure on 20th Feb, 2021 but i am unable to complete the payment process as it is showing registration against this acknowledgement is pending for confirmation from payment gateway.

Kindly please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

My pran number is not working while login to NPS site, "pran is not found in database"
My pran number is[protected]. Please resolve this asap....

My Acknowledgement Number is 11168536 and the Acknowledgement Date is 28/06/2020.

Every time I try to complete my pending registration, I get this message, "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after some time." form yesterday.

Please look into this, Thanks....

Pran No[protected], I had sent kyc physically verified by bank through speed post and also mailed them softcover but till now they have deny that matter....

The message show always "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime."

Kindly guide me how to proceed.

My pran no. Is[protected] registered in the name of renu gandhi. Sir i want to inform you that i have deposted rs.51000 into my pran account. After 31st march 2016 i have received one sms from ndlspn that the value of investment in respect of my nps tier i account as of 31/03/2016 is rs.51293.70. Whereas my college has deposited 185000 into his pran account and he got rs.215000 balance as on 31/03/2016 in his tier i accounts.br...
