i'm girish here i lodge complaint on 18th feb 2009 regarding excess collection of premium for commerical vehicle. you are collecting 15%extra own demage premium for my vehicle.which is below 1000cc & 5 seater. today i saw a insurance issued by New India Insurance Co for Omni commerical vehicle here in mysore & they had not charged any extra OD premium & endursement was under 22. why is it you are charging that amount? please...

Recent i had minor accident. i got it repaired by authorized maruti service centre when NIC manager told to do so. during settlement only 50% of painting was given, your surveyor & mechanic had told that 100% painting is applicable. my vehcle is a 5 seater & below 1000cc yellow board. when other insurance company is giving 100% painting for same type of vehicle, why can you give the same? i'm thinking of going to consumer court...

I own a Maruti Omni with yellow board which is running for tourist line for past 2 yrs. Your Co is charging 15% extra load on own demage premium which is not acceptable as no other insurance company is charging that amount for same vehicle. Seating capacity is 5 only & below 1000cc.My Father has Indicab which is 1405cc & 5 seater, but their insurance company i.e, UIIC is not charging any extra load.Why are you charging extra ? please...
