Hello Sir,
I was charged indiscriminately on few occasions for ORR usage. And recent times, one on Nov 7, 2024 and Oct 3, 2024 for my car #TS10ER1818. I logged-in at Nanankramguda, HYD and logged out at Financial District, HYD. Charges are supposed to be INR10 but was charged INR50 and return also charged double than normal charges of INR5. They overcharged me for their either malfunctioning scanning machines or incompetency. Please...

Yesterday morning, our vehicle crossed from Shameerpet to Patancheru using Fastag. Despite having a sufficient balance, we were charged a penalty. We paid in cash, but an additional penalty was levied, and the vehicle number recorded seems to be incorrect. Could you kindly verify this discrepancy?

Fastag points were not working at Kokapet entry point, they have distributed a slip as an entry point.
before my destination exit (which is exit 12) fastags are working perfectly.
From the same point(entry 12) I was travelled 3 hours before(exited at Kokapet), so I was started asking fastagg staff to deduct with discount percentage.
But they said both Entry and Exit points under different operating...

Every day i commute to my office from dulapalli to shameerpet on nehru outer ring road.. Earlier i use to take orr toll ticket for up and down and it charge me 45 rupees.
Now as a decision of nhari i took fastag and every time they are charging me 60 and some times more than 60 rupees when ever i asked they say there is no option o[censored]p and down for fasttag. And for complaint they say there is no one for complaint.br...
