I have booked online waiting ticket on 28 october 2016 for journey date 13 nov but it could not be confirmed by the date. At irctc portal it is showing that ticket was cancelled and amount was refunded but it has not been credited in my account so far. Please do the needful.

firstly i wd like to thanks to new govt for making irctc faster, well organized and comfortable. sir i hv an query related to booking of ticket through internet banking, using SBI associate bank, because couple of day before i was trying to book my ticket, but at the final stage of payment. Neither it was showing payment through sbi associate bank, nor associate debit card, ohh god is this new ramification of managment. if other options of...
