I have already wear a helmet and also second person have a helmet but back traffic police capture a photo before wear a helmet and they have challan section 194 D of MVA 1998...
And officer not professional and argument without reason and all documents are available still challan received without information

Dear sir/madam,

I, rakesh sharma (from faridabad, haryana) was going to my office in sector 59, noida and on my way to office i was challaned for red light jumping on the traffic signal located between golf course metro & noida city centre metro station.

When i was in the mid of the road, the signal turned to yellow from green and i can't stop my car in the midst and from no where the traffic police officer...

I cant understand where to complain regarding these corrupted police constables, the up government is already paying them a lot, but still that are causing threat to the general public. While entering from delhi to noida from mayur vihar side, those standing on the cut to sector 15, stop public use abusive language, and wihout any reason ask 5000rs only because of empty beer bottle is in the car.
