I am sudesh Suresh kadam having PAN No.ARSPK8146Q.I have filled my returns (in which I am eligible for refund ) for Asse.year 06-07 in tax ward 25(1) (4) at Bandra (E) but yet I have not received my refund amount .
then again I have filled my returns (in which I am eligible for refund ) for Asse.year 07-08 in tax ward 25(2) (3) due to change in residence address for which I have given a change of address letter to 25 (1)(4)...

I am a resident of Sai baba Complex, Goregaon ( East). Recently, Oberoi constructons, has started its work on Oberoi International school, bang opposite our flat.

Regardless of the time, be it 12 am, 5 am or 11pm, the workers start working with their noisy grilling machines, startling us out of our sleep. Thier noisy trucks show up and unload at crazy times of the day.This had been going on for almost 3 yrs now. Its completely...

The builder has delayed completeion of the project much beyond the deadline of December 2007, given in the agreement. He has not bothered to provide any explaination to us for the delay. He has now started giving the possession...
