I has ordered an e-cigarette on rediff.com (Order no. 6297355). It was delivered to me on 11th feb 2011 at around 7:15pm. From the next day, the product is not charging. I called them but no body picked up the call. The product carries 10 days vendor warranty. Vendor is Ojjas Enterprises, Mumbai. I want its solution or else get it replaced....

I placed an order for the Eurotel combo offer through Rediff.com and was pleased to receive my order promptly within 4 days. However, we did not receive any instruction manual with the products. We have tried everything possible to make use of the cordless phone, but to no avail. It just does not work.

I mailed the vendor directly 12 days ago, but have not received any reply till date. Rediff customer support mailed me 10...
