Every month we are paying Maintenance of Rs2800 approx, however we are not getting any benefits from them. No electric service or Plumber service No club service not Park even, however we need to pay extra charges for every service even for Club service, electric and plumber.

Is anyone aware about the transfer process after registry. Is there any charge we need to pay when we go for selling the flat after registration? I have heard that some builders in CR are charging 50, 000 in the name of internal transfer even after the registration is done. Please suggest if this is legal....

I too have booked a flat in Tower 3 and was narrated the similar story at the time of booking. I received a call today from their sales office in Crossings confirming if I have received some call from corporate office regarding payment and loan from India Bulls. It seems something is wrong about their project in Crossing Republik....

This is to complain about the Panchsheel Wellington, Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad NH-24, Uttar Pradesh.
as per the agreement they suppose to give the penalty for late possession. I had booked my 3 BHK (1700 Sqft) flat in Wellington more than 3yrs back but now they are refusing to pay the penalty. I bought this flat with complete down payment.
