Myself Rahul Sharma residing in Flat 201-T6 Panchsheel Welington - Crossing republic Gaziabad.
Every month we are paying Maintenance of Rs2800 approx, however we are not getting any benefits from them. No electric service or Plumber service No club service not Park even, however we need to pay extra charges for every service even for Club service, electric and plumber.
here by I want to request please make a separate goverment meter so they can not deduct maintenance charges in advance also the electic bill is charged highliy. Was this information helpful? |
