We are living in Taloja phase 1 since one year we are facing the problem of street dog issues, they are always sit in the road, they are also continuous barking in the barking, some of also attacked the children, continue they are fighting, In night it's scary to go out, Full night there are continuous barking

Please look into it Asap, please remove them...

Dear sir,
There are 5-6 dogs in my P6/21 Ashoka apartment, Sector 15, New Panvel, they always sit in the stairs of the building, fight with each other, scares delivery persons, many time i have to personally go downstairs to attend the delivery person, small kids are too scared to go out due to these dogs, when tried to shoo them away they start barking. Please remove them from the society.

We live in sector 6, New Panvel.
Since 1-2 years we are facing the issue of street dogs. In neighboring sectors as well. They are terrorising children and women. Some have also attacked the children.
Also there is continuous barking in the night. Kindly look into this complaint and get rid of these dogs.

Respected sir, I Amit A Gharat, my son is studying in gurukul classes situated at sector 1, road no 8 at new Panvel, all students passing road are attacked by several dogs every day a person is caring them and feeding them, students always complaint him of dogs but he ignores, the dogs are very aggressive.pls do needful. Dear panvel municipal corporation, I am writing this to bring to your attention the necessity for a tree to be removed in my vicinity due to concerns related to public safety and property damage. The tree in question, located at Kharghar Navi Mumbai 410210, In front of the samishra police chs ltd society, plot no 49, sector 19 Kharghar near satyagraha school sector 19 Kharghar Navi Mumbai, has become a threat to the surrounding area. The tree has shown signs of deterioration, the branches and the main Trunk of a tree are lean / tilt . As a result, there is a significant risk of branches and trunk falling and causing harm to pedestrians, vehicles . During storms, the risk is even greater as high winds . I kindly urge the PMC ( panvel municipal corporation )intervention in this matter. I understand the importance of preserving trees and maintaining a healthy environment, but it is essential to prioritize public safety as well. Removing this hazardous tree will ensure the protection of lives and property in the community. I kindly request the PMC ( panvel municipal corporation ) permission to proceed with the necessary tree removal procedure, adhering to all applicable regulations and policies.

It has been a havoc on the streets due to numerous stray dogs in sector 18 especially near plot no 20, 21, 22, 23 & 24 its life threatening to travel back home in the late evening.
Thus request you to take some stringent actions and kindly do the needful.

There are lot of stray dogs in the society and we want you to please takecare of it. They keep barking whole night and also runs after motor bike. The society has more than 700-800, residents and its extremely dangerous for kids. Its currently 3 am and they just don't stop.

I am a daily user if sky walk. The entry point, below stairs and stairwell is filled with rubbish used bottles and filth. Please check this and ensure regular cleaning

Illegal occupation of roads from these garages in sector 35 kharghar which may causes traffic and may leads to accidents. Illegal parking also held by them on road. They makes dirty road, footpath, metro bridge which exactly opposite to swatch bharat abhiyan. Many complaints done by residents in this area but not any single action will take on this. May request you to please look into this situation so resident will remember helpful treatment from PMC.

There is illegal occupation in the plot opposite to plot number 38 sector 10 in Kamothe node by rag pickers. This has caused the entire plot to be converted into a garbage dump and locals have started throwing trash just in that plot. The road adjoining the plot is covered by trash so even the vehicles have to use a narrow lane and this has resulted in danger for people walking on the street. The mosquitoes also has increased resulting in nearby societies facing danger of insect borne diseases. Please take some prompt action to remove the illegal occupation and cover the place so that the illegal garbage dump created is removed.

Roads are to rectified properly

City Gem Building near Navrang Bus Stop, Sector 12, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210.
This builder did not sold all his properties in the building but the members for society without his knowledge. Now the chairman, secretary etc are not performing their duties regarding basic amenities like lift, cleanliness, common areas are used as storages, shops are using society area as storage. They are not holding meetings, collecting maintenance or looking after hygiene.
The society has 5 floor, they are not starting the lift which is causing problem for senior citizens.

I wanted to make property tax payments on line for which I am not able to get details of our property at A 23 H road MIDC TALOJA maharashtra...

There is no street light in New Panvel,

I need to bring this information to your notice that unauthorized commercilisation of ground floor room and making a extra door on the outer wall of the Flat No. 01, Natraj CHS Ltd, plot no- 35, sector no-11, kharghar, navi mumbai-410210 carried out without any permission of cidco and society. The flat owner is himself Chairman of the society. For making it commercilisation he has captured the front space of society and made permanent structure ( stares, pavement etc) for going to the room from outside. From this illegal construction we are facing many problems such as:
1) for access to the of the society we have to go round about.
2) Fancing the front space and using for his dumping ground create unhygienic environment. Already we are facing problems of snake and rat menace.

So i hope you will look after the matter as early as possible.

Garbage truck not coming in my colony and whenever it comes it goes without making any announcement. This is happening since past one month. New panvel, Khanda colony sector 5 and sector 4 Sai dham society. Because of this people started dumping garbage in odd places. So please look into this matter.

I am a resident of Manek nagar, pardeshi ali, old panvel; residents of our colony are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby, especially children around are scared to get in their school bus and constantly an adult has to look out every morning. They run towards motorbike and cars which leads to many accidents in the area. People lose their sleep as dogs bark the whole night. me and my husband work long working hours we come home at 12 at night and sleep at 1am, in a hope of getting those 5 hours sleep before waking up for kids to send them school but those 5 hours of sleep are ruined every night. in fact i am writing this complain at 2:19am since i can't sleep because of barking and howling of stray dogs.

what actually got me to make this complain was there are few people from chawl houses at pardeshi ali maharana pratap road who encourage these dogs they give them left over food at day time, i don't mind people have affection for pets and stray dogs. but these are stray dogs with no collar, owner or discipline. these dogs have picked up pattern of habit of eating left over food as encouragement to their howling and barking.

so I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

The area has a bill board saying government property No trespassing

A small garden near to shivaji chowk sector 12, kharghar opp to utkarsha hall is being used as a parking lot
There are cars, bikes, trucks being parked there..
Please remove these parked vehicle and make the garden gate small so these vehicles cannot enter the premises

माझ्या इमारतीला पनवेल महानगपालिकेतर्फे पूर्ण मान्यता मिळाली आहे.

माझा पाण्याच्या व्यावसायिक कनेक्शनचा अर्ज जून २०२० पासून महानगर पालिका पाणीपुरवठा अधिकारी यांच्या कडे पडून आहे. त्यांचे म्हणणे आहे की जो पर्यंत आम्हाला नवीन प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स लागून फाईल त्यांच्या कडे येत नाही तो पर्यंत ते काहीच करू शकत नाही.

टॅक्स डिपार्टमेंट अजून आमच्या इमारतीचा नवीन टॅक्स कॅल्क्युलेट करत आहे.

आम्हाला या सर्व पार्श्वभूमीवर प्रचंड गैर सोय व त्रासाला सामोरे जावे लागत आहे.

पनवेल महानगपालिकेचे सक्षम अधिकारी व वरिष्ठ या प्रकरणाची नोंद घेतील अशी अपेक्षा आहे.

MGL excavated road a year back to lay pipe line at Ugam Nagar Road, behind water tank, Old Thana Naka, Panvel-410206. The trench is badly suncked and residents facing trouble walking. Please reinstate it.

I'm from Kharghar sector 18, there's a major problem of stray dogs in our area, they keep barking, chasing bikers, cyclers, and people, they cause a huge mess, this is especially dangerous for children as they may bite them, please take this dogs away...

There are about 50 stray dogs in our area Sector 18 Kharghar.Sector 18 is very small area. Whenever childrens go outside to play or cycling, dogs always chase them.They always bark and try to chase whenever we go on bike.
It may cause accident and perticularly very dangerous for children.
They barks at night and causes inconvinieance to elderly persons.
Please do the needful and visit our area....
