I've been trying to reach out to Park+ for a refund of the voucher I bought from their App for which I see no response whatsoever. They have kept a chatter box which does not do anything thing great to resolve issues.

After opening a support case I have been awaiting a proper response but there is no response.

Bought the Park + fast tag from Cred which said an offer or getting 99₹ as balance.

#issue 1: as per the promise after activating the tag didn't receive the 99₹ balance.

#issue 2: as per the promise non of the feature that park+ offer wasn't activated. Infact to avail that facilities it asks me to buy park+(don't know then what I had bought)
