Dear sir
I made an online tneb bill payment on 13/12/2016 for rs.3094.68 through payeb but the payment was debited from my account but was not credited to the concern department still now i. E 23/02/2017 the amount has not been refunded or credited as as an advance payment in tneb departments my eb a/c no. Is [protected] i have also posted an payment detail please look into it and solve my problem.

Dear Sir,

I made the amount of 1964.58 on behalf of electricity bill through mobile app "PayEb" . But the PayEb team has not paid the same to TNEB electricity department. I paid one more payment to TNEB. The PayEb team is not responding to my mail or calls.

I need to raise a complaint on this and i want my money to be back to my account.
