Paytm. Complaints & Reviews

I had an account in paytm. Around one months ago i add 2000 rupees in it and through this i did some perches too. Two days ago the balance was 1231 rupees. But suddenly it started showing zero. Meanwhile i add extra money around 3100 in it. But is still showing zero balance. I am continuously trying to complain on companies website but not getting any response from there. I need help....
