I am rao ex use(Er), no. 07655-y retired from indian coast guard w.E.F 01 mar 2015. I had not received my form 16 for financial year 2014-15 so far.

Kindly request you to forward my income tax form 16 for the fy 2014-15 at the earliest. I am in urgent need for housing loan. Kindly post or email.

It is observed that my CGBA loan account installment in SOE for the month of Feb 16 is shows 35/36, However the month of Mar 16 is also showing 35/36 instead of 36/36.

In view of above it is requested that reconcile my CGBA loan account may be justified and amount may be credited to my IPA in the coming SOE to avoid financial hardship to us. I will be thankfully to you.
