I purchase the plots shown by harit dharaa on jaipur highway. After that, they show me a farmhouse on same jaipur highway as "buy back plan' saying i had to pay 2.40 lakhs and after 1.5 years they pay me 3.50 lakhs and i liked it. But, they said that agreement will be on 'pdp developers pvt ltd' name. I asked about it and they say it is their sister company.
