[Resolved]  Pdp Developers — misspelling plots

I had in 2009 purchased two plots at Jaipur under project Tonk desire launched by PDP developers
I had paid around 2.70 lakhs amount for both the plots opted under installments scheme
In feb 2012 developers called and informed that they were not able to acquire land at the designated place hence either I can ask for refund or move to another plot of their , as I was not in town I told them I would visit their office and then close the matter, recently I visited their office and told to cancel the plots and refund my money to my utter surprise the developer denied refunding the money and even cancelling the plots. I want my money back I have sent the email also and spoke to them couple of times by they are not responding on any thing
