Pedl Cycle Complaints & Reviews

Hi,
Today, i have started to use pedl-3245596 cycle today for 1 hour from 1.10 pm. And ended by 2 pm in the same place but trip cannot be ended. I tried many times. But i cannot do it. So i locked it in the pedl station at twin park-hsr layout 2.
But for every 30 min, i have been charged still now.
57rs reached.. Now
Pedl drained my paytm account as well. How can i use my paytm account now??
Please end...

Pedl/trip got started but cycle did not unlock and now unable to end the trip

I have scan qr code of cycle #102140 but cycle did not unlock and also i am not able to end the trip as well.
When i tried to end it does not respond.
We have tried to unlock at 15:00 afternoon on 30th dec 2017 and since then we are tring to end the trip.
Still its showning on-going trip.
