I had purchased a plan which gave my 7 yo child 40 classes. They advertised a public speaking course but were teaching my child basic grammar and vocabulary, which my child is well-versed with for their age.

Additionally, My child attended classes but every week there was some issue with the teacher cancelling the class at the last moment due to electricity issues, last minute cancellation for religious holidays, etc.

This company offers teaching jobs for public speaking excellence course. But in real they hire teachers for marketing purposes with lot of restrictions on them and give unknown numbers to be called for slot confirmation purpose .. which in real gives no positive outcome ending the teachers getting blocked as spam. Other thing is whatever there showing is not what they are giving .they make job seekers give tests sign agreements ask bank details...

Monthly fee was getting auto deducted from my account.
I stopped the classes more than 6 weeks ago, and informed them that I want to cancel the sessions. They said ok and informed that payment will not be deducted.. but every month the amount is getting auto deducted and if I don't keep sufficient balance, they bombard us with calls, emails and messages..

We enrolled our daughter paying the full amount upfront. She was given about 15-20 classes while the teachers kept changing and unresponsive. We tried contacting them multiple times. We were told a refund will be provided as they stopped the classes. It has been about an year and we only receive updates saying refund will be provided in a few days. It's really a FRAUD Company. After the enrollment, they haven't shared any credentials to utilize their portal. No right contacts to resolve this issue. Customer care numbers or Mails are not responding with the solution.

I enrolled for tuition classes for my daughter from Planet spark in August month.
As per their written communication they asked whenever I want to cancel the registration I can cancel. But to pursue the classes you need to provide Pan Card and cancelled cheque, will issue the loan. as far as you take services/classes pay the monthly fees/emi. As I wish to stop the classes Loan will be closed automatically.

We signed up our daughter for public speaking classes with PlanetSpark in Oct, 2021. During signup, we were promised a prorated refund of the remaining classes, in case we are not happy with the service provided. So we paid the entire amount for all 60 classes.

We have attended only 9 classes so far (during which time we changed 3 teachers!) The last teacher we had never attended our classes and we had to keep pinging him on...

The employee of planet spark ask for documents and on consistently saying no for auto debit facility they make your illegal fraud sign on e mandate form and submit it to a eduvanz finance company. Now no one is ready to give solution even after acceptance of the fraud by company it self....

Humble request please do not fall prey to these kind of money minchers anymore . I enrolled my 2 kids in planet spark for public speaking . I was brainwashed by Naina Rajan via phone . On the same day everything happened in one shot . I mean proof submission, initial payment and all . And financing thru Eduvanz.

This company is a big time cheater. They enrolled saying it's a public speaking course, but the syllabus they showed earlier and what was taught did not match. They had told that amount will be refunded if you don't like the class.i just took one class and asked for refund. They said they will give. But It's one month and i am tired of sending them endless mails and calling customer call. But they don't even reply.

On 9 November 2021 I have raised my concern with Planetspark to help me with the discontinuation process of my Child Publicspeaking classes. As Planetspark has made me bound to pay every month 5th day through ECS with his partner Earlysalary as it is a prepaid model. I have raised my concern of discontinuation a month before so that they can help me with smooth exit. But they did not mind to assist me with anything till date.
