I placed an order with them which I later cancelled. I got an SMS saying the refund has been processed but I have no such amount credited to my account....

I ordered items while sale I got cancelled my order 1050/- they didn't credit my refund yet please I need my money back please sir help me I'm placing my order wrong skin type tone.that why I cancelled.and my daughter also placed order but they didn't credit her refund money bcz she is winning total amount free order.but they did not send items and they didn't send money.please help us sirr...
