Pluto Tours in Shimla took an advance of 40000 to book our trip to Kashmir but did not book anything until 2 days before a trip starting date. On enquiry they kept on saying we will book but didn’t. When we asked them to refund our money, they didn’t. Their owner Pankaj Samyal is a fraud and didn’t talk. Their employee Manju and Nitin spoke rudely. We suffered huge financial losses and mental harassment because of them....

Totally fraud agency just to lure people they give quotes for best hotels and after taking money simply say hotels are not available.

One recent incident happens to me when they gave me offer for hotel name HEEVAN in Pahalgam and I instantly booked their package and transferred the advance amount considering they are giving me best property in Pahalgam.

But after taking money they told me hotel is not available...

We signed agreement and pay deposit, but in the middle of our trip, they threaten call us to pay full deposit, otherwise they will not continue the trip, Also they don't want to provide full services as per the agreement. After my second day I cancelled my further services and trip from them due to they forcing action to my family but they refused to provide me the remaining refund and keep on asking me more money which makes no sense. I booked a tour package from Pluto tours and travels based in Shimla. Today is our 1st day, we had decided we would do payments in installements before we confirmed the trip and its is already confirmed in written format but now they are asking upfront payment. These people are threatening us also after 50% payment they are not sharing hotel booking proofs . Please help!...

I have booked the package from them but after randomly checking the rating i felt unsafe and called they next day morning to cancel the booking and return my 5k advance.
But as they have the return policy where they cut 5% as cancelation policy. I request them to keep the return policy amount and return it.
But they say u to u can come in 3 years at any time. Who remembers all in my view the company has to listed in red. They...

Worst Experience for us. i have booked shimla manali package for week but they took from me advance and remaining amount on arrival then the never call me nor whatsapp me. They change my hotel as per there convenience. I have asked for and arrangements for my wife's birthday but they didn't even respond to me while booking they said they will do all liear and cheater they only concern about there money that's it. Never deal with this rascals. Worst experience with pluto travels. Ther are totally fraud. They will force to complete full payment. Once payment is done, they will switch off there mobiles. Everyone is fraud( Sanjay, Chirag, pankaj samyal) . They will mention 1hotel in your package and provide other hotel. There is no coordination between there team. Ping me for more detailed review about this rascals/frauds....

This could be your worst decision ever. The Pluto people are the most rude, unprofessional and blunt ones. They don't care about your comfort or hygeine, all they want is Money and Money. Kindly don't fall in the Trap. Their representatives like Gagan and Shivam are innocent face they use for the trap, only these 2 were responsive and good ones... You would regret this decision for your entire life, we could enjoy only because the weather...

I even didn't want to give a single star to this Pluto travels for providing me such a pathetic service and ruining my trip. When i booked, they sent me a package that included my stay in a resort having beautiful and spacious rooms. When i entered Manali and was searching my stay place that was booked for me, an employee of pluto travels sent me the number of the owner of place that was booked for me to confirm the location that they mentioned...

This is one of the worst tour operators i have ever come across. They are unprofessional to the core and liars/cheaters of first grade.
They put you in accommodation that are isolated and are of low standard (Treebo, oyo category). These are small 10-20 room type hotels, with no proper kitchen or reception. Also, since they are isolated, you can’t even find a decent restaurant nearby.
We were made to wait (Rather grilled)...
