A PMT bus driver, vehicle number Mh 12 FZ 8447 while taking a right turn directly came and crashed in my Mercedes car, MH 12, 8181 which was going straight.Ths happened in Bhosari, Pune.Me and my two family members were in the car.
The question is along with harming me he was taking risk for the people traveling in his bus too.
When this incident happened the local vehicle drivers also complained the same point...

I live in Someshward wadi area ijn Pashan Pune and on 1st jan 2011, had gone to the famous Someshwar temple in Pashan with my family. I parked my car on road side and went for Darshan. When we returned we found that our vehicle has been banged at rear by a PMT bus while reversing. Bus No. MH12 FC 9058 , Driver token No.[protected]. When we complained, the driver misbehaved and told us very rudely that our vehicle was parked wrongly....
