I have transfer 30000 to (parvathi )kotak Mahendra bank account but amount will be debited in my account but not to recive that acount I will check the history the transaction was faild but amount will debided what is the problem pls check it

THOUGH, I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER, I AM VERY MUCH FED UP WITH TOP4 DUE TO THEIR REPEATED FAILURE IN ALLOTTING DRIVER AND PUTTING ME IN TROUBLE IN THE LAST MINUTE i AM FROM COIMBATORE... BOOKED DRIVER AT 7.30 AM ON 4.6.2015. BUT THE DRIVER DIDN'T TURN UP. NO PROPER REPLY... MY MOBILE [protected]....
