we bought a bharti cylender before 8 months and 2 months refill the cylinder from agaency but 3rd month agency is closed and no contact with customers...i tried very much to find your agency but i fail...i[censored] dont help me...i complaint to petrol ministry...

Sir i am a consumer(consumer no#197) of prachi gas, i take a connection from their distributor (khalsa BMVS Gas Agency) jandiala guru amritsar. now i want to completely surrender my connection but distributor is refusing to do so, then i made complaint through their complaint portal but that is not working till date, then i send my complaint to [protected]@gmail.com by mail but there is no response till date. this process is running from last...
