I had booked the Prassana purple bus ticket of date 21 october 2022 from their official website purplebus.in . My PNR no is[protected] and bus no is MH16 BC2851 . The departure timeof bus was 8 pm on 21st oct from sangamwadi bus stop pune and drop timing of bus was 2 pm on 22 nd oct to nagpur stop . But the bus is delayed by over 7hours and I want refund for my ticket as I was having my another train reservation from nagpur railway station...

Hi, I have booked a ticket on 29th April 15 from pune to Nagpur by Prasanna Purple. Due to fare variation, my ticket are not booked/confirmed but still the amount of Rs.1700 got deducted from my account. I have called on the number which is highlighted on the page, every time I called on the number, the person is redirecting the call to someone else and I have to explain the scenario to each and every person taking the call.
