Prasanna Purple Travels — Amount refund not done

Hi, I have booked a ticket on 29th April 15 from pune to Nagpur by Prasanna Purple. Due to fare variation, my ticket are not booked/confirmed but still the amount of Rs.1700 got deducted from my account. I have called on the number which is highlighted on the page, every time I called on the number, the person is redirecting the call to someone else and I have to explain the scenario to each and every person taking the call. Atlast they told me to rebook the same ticket for which they are charging now Rs.2450. Firstly, when someone have booked the ticket they should have got it in the same price (either case you should not have deducted the amount before confirming it). Secondly, if they are asking to rebook the same ticket, then only the additional amount should be taken (exceeding the previous price) not the entire amount once again, coz the amount which they have taken previously is not going to refund on the same or other. It will be a troublesome for someone who dont have additional money for another booking. I am still waiting for my amount to get credit.
