Dear All, I had one more worst experience with Prateek. Actually I asked Preteek to show me how theyare doing a calculation of Penalty of late delivery of my flat, In that particular calculation sheet I noticed they had putted some Late Paymentcharges and when I asked them why Prateek is charging late payment if you hadgave me the grace period because Prateek were not able to full fill bank requirement.I also showed them the mail trail...

Prateek Buildtech does not keeps their words and their treatment is totally different, once you have paid the booking amount.

I was promised that the complete booking amount will be refunded, if any problem arises with bank loan disbursement. However substantial part of my booking amount was deducted by Prateek Buildtech, when bank rejected my loan.

Even written confimation via mails were sent, that no deductions...

I thikn Swarna & Ashish have hit on the nail, they are like moles who care a damn about their prospective clients concerns.
My issue is , that i went with my wife to see Laurel , the front ofice lady reena gave me details of the Wisteria , we found the package good & decided to opt for Wisteria , we, between family zeroed in on C- block 1560 sft aprtment .We decided to handover the cheque on last saturday , we met reena again...

i agree to Ashish's complaint, these guys are themselves brokers ,the whole lot which deals with customers upfront specially this lady Reena, is so deperate to earn a extra buck she seems to have forgotten to keep the integrity intact.
I called the number give in the Parteek wisteria ad & ended talking to this lady, i went to see her as i was extremely ken to get an aprtment booked as i missed the...

i'll have to agree with Ashish, i called the numbers in the ad given in their ad in TOI, i spoke to this lady called Reena, went to meet her at Prateek's ofice at Laurel, from that time onwards, my personl number & space has been compromised so bad that a broker , Innovoin has been after my life to buy an aprtment in Wisteria.
I think these guys & specially this Reena lady is so desperate to earn an extra buck that...

I didn't have a good experience with Prateek Buildtech. When i came to E-11 Sec-61 office, to book a flat at prateek laurel (Flat No. H-601), i was re-directed by prateek representative towards an innovions guy, Mr. Yogesh, who i didn't know, was actually an agent.
I was expecting a direct booking, but eventually got it through an agent. I was offered much lesser price by other agents.
