Prateek Buildtech does not keeps their words and their treatment is totally different, once you have paid the booking amount.
I was promised that the complete booking amount will be refunded, if any problem arises with bank loan disbursement. However substantial part of my booking amount was deducted by Prateek Buildtech, when bank rejected my loan.
Even written confimation via mails were sent, that no deductions will be made but even those conformation were not honoured. Please beware before making any payment to the builder, as you will be left on their mercy after paying the amount. Was this information helpful? |
