We gave our luggage to this packers and movers they stole my items and damaged my vehicle. This is the worst service I have ever faced. Please don't trust this kind of packers and movers. Please verify the rating before before you give anyone your luggage. They troubled us for delivery also

This companies service is worst and they trouble the customer. Delivery will be 10 days late and they take the items. They won't give hard copy and don't answer calls. If you ask hard copy they charge extra money. They keep on ask extra money from customers

So far this is the worst service I got my package delivered after 3 weeks and there was no response in the interim from the cargo or service provider. After recieving few itema were missing and few were broken. They are not responding to any calls or messages. The prime cargo service guy gave the items to another provider without any notice to me and neither of them responded to calls. When asked for details and refund for the damage he switched off his mobile.

Hello everyone.
I was shifting from banglore to Hyderabad in dec 2023. I searched few packers and movers online I got this prime cargo packers and movers. This is one of the worst service I have ever faced.
Initially Rakesh the person from packers and movers said it wil cost very less as I was having very little luggage. After giving the language he said it will cost more than what he said. He charge 3000 more for just 2-3 items. He said 4000 overall later he said 7000. He said Insurance charge docker change etc charge. Just looted money. He did not give us any bill. In the bill there was no GST number only but he said GST charges will be added.
Coming to the painful part they did not hand over my luggage till 7 days there were issues from there side and they troubled me without giving the luggage. When ever I asked him to give the hard copy he used to say it will charge more.
Coming to the service.
Very worst service they damaged by vehicle and stole my clothes and stole few kitchen utensils. This is the disgusting service I have ever faced.
Rakesh is the person name with no ethics and he used to involve the customer in there problems and trouble the customer.
