PRTC Bus Service Complaints & Reviews

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior of the bus driver and conductor [bus number-7748 on 5 November 2024. They dropped me off before my actual station, which caused significant inconvenience and prevented me from reaching my destination on time.

This incident has been very distressing, as I rely on this service for timely and reliable transportation. I request you to look into this matter seriously...

I have a monthly pass prtc bus i go daily for job jalandhar to ludhiana i have some problem in travelling due to bus not come on time bus no is 1834 so kindly i request you bus come on time

As I was travelling in prtc bus from abohar to bathinda nd i showed the adhaar card to them fr ticket issuing process they firstly issued the ticket to bathinda but at Malout bus stand they said that empty the bus it will not go to bathinda i donnt knw why but I know they did because the bus was full of ladies who all showed the adhaar card to the conductor due to which they were not getting any money in return so they ordered rudely to empty the bus nd took another one
As the result I felt very discomfort with all my luggage to find the bus at Malout bus stand as i am a student in college of bathinda which wasted my time nd provided me with inconvenience

i boarded a Patiala-Delhi bus on 21/1/2010 at 12:15 pm. Bus no.PB11-6202. Ticket cost:Rs.153/-
The bus broke down near Rajpura, and the conductor asked the Delhi passengers to board an HRTC bus. The HRTC bus conductor asked us to leave the bus at Shahbad, and said that the tickets taken by us are invalid.
