Today is 20 August. I want travel by local which departed from talegaon at 6.48PM I waited for Last 3 hrs still local not coming. Your department allowed express train to pass from station but local can't pass. Why local train is not important with respect to express train. You have no responsibility towards daily local train passengers. Indian railways should learn from other nations train process how they control regulate etc....
