I have ordered the product on 18th may 2020 it said delivery on next day but still they haven't deliver the product. I try to call it's switched off. They are not responding to my mail also....

I had placed an order for a bouquet of flowers (Containing tedy, flowers, chocolate and cake) to be delivered at an address in pune on 14th feb 2019. I paid a sum of rs. 1475 using my phonepe. The order have not been delivered as yet. I have tried calling the customer care number given on the site but no one picks up and it goes to voicemail. I had ordered a fruit basket and nuts for my family on 3rd April for the 4th. it was promised to be delivered before 8.30pm. There was no delivery done. Very unprofessional staff, with no knowledge whatsoever. They pick up the phoen with no knowledge how to handle the situation. No follow up or response to your complaint.
Never order online - pune florists...
