I ordered an kurthi fron queendesignstudio on nov 28-2019 andi recieved the product on 3rd decmeber 2019. The product was damaged and a wrong one.
The total coast of the product is 600rs including delivery charge.
I messaged them several times and mailed them. But they are not responding.
So many people gave complaint against them.
They are fraud people.
Pleae takeaction aginst them.
They are cheating...

I was ordered a kurti of rain 650/-. Today i got the parcel. But when i untapped the parcel i was just shocked to see it. There is a old one saree which is totally used and wasteg for me. This is a fraud site. Really hackers. Sending torned saree instead of kurta. Blue dart is the courier partner. This people not picking up the phone. Not giving refund. Don't have proper address and phone number. Cheating a lot of people. It came to know that sometimes they take the account number details in the name of refund and people are losing money from account. When we give negative comments they remove it immediately. I had paid 600 rs for that but when i open the parcel i found a 2 meter plain dull colour cloth. I tried to contact for complaint but they did not have any customer service number. I ordered a western one piece dress from Queendesinstudio. Com on 25th nov 2019 around 1:55pm for total Rs 600 COD.
On 27th nov 2019 at 1:15 pm I received a parcel from Blue dart of mentioning the name of site on the parcel.
