Queendesignstudio — company not responding

I ordered an kurthi fron queendesignstudio on nov 28-2019 andi recieved the product on 3rd decmeber 2019. The product was damaged and a wrong one.
The total coast of the product is 600rs including delivery charge.
I messaged them several times and mailed them. But they are not responding.
So many people gave complaint against them.
They are fraud people.
Pleae takeaction aginst them.
They are cheating so many people
