I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by your company. I placed an order for a product on your website nearly a month ago, and I am yet to receive my order.

I have paid to buy a mobile phone case through online company quirky perks (https://www.quirkyperks.co.in/)
And unfortunately i didn't receive the product and got wrong tracking number
Later they told there is no product for this particular phone model
So i asked them to repay my money back
And they are not paying back
I want to get rupees 629.10
Please help me i want to get the money which i paid...

I have ordered a beige hat from them by paying 1000 rs in advance, that I need for vacation...they delivered it after one month when I no longer need it, later the product delievered was not correct and later they aren't refunding my money.

I ordered a phone case 10 days back ... yesterday i broke my phone. Now i am using another phone i mailed them asking for a replacement and they refused even though my order is prepaid and the cover is not delivered yet, behaved in the worst way and said "it was not their problem"...

I ordered a mug via instagram on august 6th, which I have not recieved yet, there has been no update on my order. The helpline emails and numbers tell you that there is no refund policy. So you never receive the product or your money back.
On top of it when I raised the same issue via comment on their facebook page, they deleted it.
Absolute FRAUD...

I had ordered the product on 21 August and still i haven’t received any shipment confirmation or anything. They are maintaining such a worse customer care and work...

I placed an order on QP on 10th August 2022, Their customer service representative was completely unreachable and also did not respond to any messages at all. When asked about the product, they keep delaying the product with no information whatsoever.

dont believe what they say about delivery time.
They will take ages or never like in my case.
Ate up extra money in the name if express delivery as well...

I ordered 2 phone cover which is not delivered yet and has no update it's say will deliver in a week but its been a week and I have no idea if it's even shipped or i got scammed...

I ordered my phone case for Rs 589 from Quirky Perks via Instagram and the quality, colour and print difference was huge. The order was made on their website quirkyperks.in 3 months ago. YES 3 MONTHS AGO. They took 3 months to deliver a product. They mention on the website it's 1 week. I tried asking for a refund due to the delay but they did not reply.
