Quirky Perks — Refused replacement

I ordered a phone case 10 days back ... yesterday i broke my phone. Now i am using another phone i mailed them asking for a replacement and they refused even though my order is prepaid and the cover is not delivered yet, behaved in the worst way and said "it was not their problem"
