I am a residents of Radiant Enclave.

As of now what we found about the Radiant Structure:

There is no Blue prints for Sewage / Water / Electric connection (Individual and Common areas)
Water pipe lining are on a very bad shape which shows the contractors does not know the basics of the property of water and basics of physics.
One over head tank is kept as abandoned which causing the residents getting...

Radiant Structures is an excellent builder on whom the prospective FLAT purchasers can rely-upon. They are committed to quality construction and prompt delivery. This is my personal experience. I have booked a flat in Yelahanka (Jasmine Gardens). They are very friendly and highly cooperative in attending the alterations as per customers suggestions. The rates are also very competitive. I strongly recommend these Builders.

Don't buy any flats from Radiant Structures, they are not proper in the documents and they are violating the govt. norms and finally they are not going to provide you any such completion or occupancy certificate and khata transfer.
