Radiant Structures — Missing basics

I am a residents of Radiant Enclave.

As of now what we found about the Radiant Structure:

There is no Blue prints for Sewage / Water / Electric connection (Individual and Common areas)
Water pipe lining are on a very bad shape which shows the contractors does not know the basics of the property of water and basics of physics.
One over head tank is kept as abandoned which causing the residents getting very slow pressure due to which the aqua guard /geezer is not working
poor supervision work due to which the tiles are getting slipped from the floor.
Finishing is pathetic and cant be explained.

When we ask them about the issue, got the answer as this is for a middle class family and don't expect the luxury.

I strongly recommend to avoid any purchase from Radiant Structures.
