I had booked a Tuk Tuk from Sec 17 to Cybercity on 25th May at 8:30 AM. I got a call from the driver at 8:20. Somehow i couldn't attend the call as i was in bathroom. After coming out i called the driver back ( at 8:25 AM). He said to me 'maine doosri sawari le li hai, aap company main baat kar lo'.

I had no other option and i called their booking number. They said they will send another tuktuk in another 15-20...

Radio Tuktuk Auto rickshaws are the most unreliable and false company that has started in Gurgaon. I have tried to book this auto for almost 5 times till now, out of which 3 times they confirmed the booking but the auto did not turn come at all. When we call up the customer care center, they give us some false mobile numbers of drivers or they simply say that they will call back in 5minutes that NEVER happens.
This is very ridiculous,...
