Dear sir,
I was travelling from Baroda to surat by Muzzafarpur-Surat express (19054) on 4th September, 2012. I noticed that the hijra (6's) were harassing almost all people in the general compartment. They were demanding Rs 50 per person. If you dont give them, the will starting slapping you, beat you up, speak bad words and do many other things that i even coudnt describe. They were demanding money like anything from poor people....

I booked my tatkal ticket for the first time over the internet from Pune to Hyderabad. Post (and not pre) booking the ticket mentioned I needed to carry an original photo ID. Being an NRI, my passport was the only eligible ID. My passport was in Hyderabad as I travelled by bus from Hyd to Pune (no tickets were available through Indian Railways). I presented a photocopy of my passport to the TC, who used the opportunity to become aggressive....
