Kindly complaint reference No.[protected] has been closed without solve of my problem that, "I was booked my two-wheeler No.RJ-19-SQ-4320 from Vijayawada to Agartala by SC AGTL SPL train No.07030 on 30th Oct 2023, and that was required to delivered by 02 Oct 2023 at Agartala, till date not yet delivered."

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful actin please....

I have parcelled 4 packages of household articles (Rs.1.5 lack) from kathgodam to karad on 01/04/2017 luggage tkt. No.332285 journey ticket no. 94261874 but till dt. Hi, I have sent a parcel (hold hold items)from Bangalore to NJP(west bengal) throught indian railway parcel service on[protected], receipt no A146467 , by Bangalore Guwahati express Train. On[protected] , my father went to collect it but they informed that the parcel have not reach. when i cross checked with the Bangalore parcel office they told me its been dispatched on[protected]. when my father informed the same to the railway staff...

I sent a Motorcycle (Royal Enfield - Thunderbird) using Railway's Parcel service from Kathgodam (Uttarakhand) station to Bangalore City Railway Station on 12th April 2011. The receipt/builty no. is 311140. The bike was supposed to go from Kathgodam R.S. to Old Delhi R.S. to New Delhi R.S. to Bangalore R.S.
