I had booked an e-ticket on IRCTC to travel from Guwahati to Howrah on 04/08/2011, but the train was delayed by more than 3hours and as it was a medical emergency I had to take another train to travel on the same day. So I filed for TDR for the refund of the first train ticket I had booked. My Name is Maneesh Singhvi.I have been waiting for my refund from IRCTC since one year.Every time i enquire they send me an email saying it is forwarded to the concerned department and you will receive the refund as soon as possible.I have recd.this email around 20 times but still i am waiting for my refund.
