3/1/2022 i had a bus ticket in jakhar travels by railyatri.com after that day bus operator cancelled my bus ticket after I call the bus operator he said sorry for that your amount will be refunded in 7 working days then I 20 days gone amount will not refund still waiting......

Im rathnakumar, ([protected], [protected]@gmail.com) i booked a ticket in rail yatri from ers to sa, booked on 9/12/18 and my travel date is 22/12/18. Booking status is pqwl21 and till 3 hrs bfr boarding also its in same waiting list, i send a mail to rail yatri team to refund my cash total amount is 281.95 inr but after continous followups they are replying that we will refund the amount of 200 inr,, i havent cancelled the ticket, because...
