When we enter drop off or pickup by car they give a ticket which has time stamp when we entered and at exit time they check how long you are in between and the expectation is you leave within 5 minutes otherwise they charge money. Not sure how 5 minutes is enough to unload the luggage and give send off. And if there is traffic in that area also you end up paying. This is ridiculous and to just collect money. They should give reasonable time,...

I left my bag near to the "105 GATE" at 9-9.3೦ AM. My bag was in "BLUE COLOR" and nearly 6kg weight.
I left it near to the 105 gate, we're I was sitting on the right side of waiting seats. "TIFFIN EXPRESS" Stall was near to me where I was sitting.
Cloths are there inside the bag....
