When we enter drop off or pickup by car they give a ticket which has time stamp when we entered and at exit time they check how long you are in between and the expectation is you leave within 5 minutes otherwise they charge money. Not sure how 5 minutes is enough to unload the luggage and give send off. And if there is traffic in that area also you end up paying. This is ridiculous and to just collect money. They should give reasonable time, at least 15 minutes before charging customers. Was this information helpful? |
