I & my wife are holding 100 shares each of Recron Synthetics Limited.

As i & my wife are senior citizens & are in need of the funds, we are unable to release our blocked funds since this company has been taken over by Reliance Industries.

Kindly help & guide us urgently to get our blocked funds released.

I own following shares in physical form but attempt to get them demeterialised failed as icici bank could nt link them to compan isin.

1.150 shares of recron synthetics held in name of sat pal jain against folio no[protected] against certificate no[protected].
2. 100 shares of raymond synthetics held in name of sat pal jain against folio no rs 265513 & certificate no. 528711.

Kindly provide me present isin...

I am holding 100 shares of the subject company in physical form. When submitted for converting into demat form I was informed that the company has merged with Reliance. Kindly inform me the details regarding no. of shares under the new merged company now available and the procedure of obtaining the same....
